The
current forum software allows users to upload pictures
and other media. However, there is a 2mb file limit
for security reasons. If you would like to include something
larger in size, or do not know how to reduce the size
of an image or movie, please email your files to me:
info@slinging.org.
I
can accept attachments upto 10mb in size.
After
I receive your email, I might make some superficial
modifications. Often this is resizing or trimming images,
or converting videos to different formats (to accommodate
different operating systems and internet connections).
I
will respond with internet links to your newly uploaded
files. The links will look similar to this:
http://www.slinging.org/images/yourname/yourfile1.xxx
http://www.slinging.org/images/yourname/yourfile2.xxx
http://www.slinging.org/images/yourname/yourfile3.xxx
If
the file is an image, you can embed the image into a
forum post using the [img] and [/img] tag like so:
[img]http://www.slinging.org/images/yourfile1.xxx[/img]
If
the file is not an image, you can simply include the
link in the body of your post like so:
http://www.slinging.org/images/yourname/yourfile1.xxx
